Is Apex Eau Intense just a stronger Apex?

No. Despite the name it smells quite different from the original woody-leather Apex, taking a fresh, green, citrus direction built for warm weather. It is the house's second Eau Intense after Elysium, and it is distinct from Apex Elixir, so the three should not be treated as the same scent at different strengths.

What does it smell like?

A bright citrus-and-green scent. Bergamot, lemon, mandarin, lavender and mint open it crisp, a rose and violet-leaf heart adds a little body, and a woody base of patchouli, cedar, sandalwood and driftwood grounds it. It is airy and fresh for a house better known for dense, rich compositions.

Bergamot, lemon and mandarin open this Roja Parfums eau de parfum (EDP) with a bright citrus and aromatic lift, before lavender and clary sage give way to a green heart of rose and violet leaf. Patchouli, cedar and sandalwood close it out, woody and fresh spicy.

It suits a hot summer commute or a gym outdoor session in Dhaka, since the citrus and green notes stay lively through humidity. Longevity and sillage both sit at 4 out of 5, so expect it to be long-lasting and to project well.
