AUROME records the details you provide to process and deliver your order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, selected items and order totals. You pay by cash on delivery or by mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad or Rocket); for a wallet payment we record the wallet number and transaction ID you enter. Our checkout does not ask for card details or wallet PINs.
Your shopping session
WooCommerce uses cookies and session information to maintain your basket. Checkout details can also be retained temporarily in your current browser tab so you can return to an unfinished order. Account and wishlist features use information needed to provide those features.
Enquiries and newsletter choices
Contact-form messages and the details you include are recorded so we can respond. Newsletter sign-up is optional and records your email address and consent. Do not include passwords or financial account credentials in a support message.
Order fulfilment
Relevant order and address details are used to arrange delivery and handle order enquiries. The website stores its records through its hosting service. We never need card credentials or wallet PINs.
