Delivery within Bangladesh
AUROME delivers fragrance decants to every district in Bangladesh. Enter a complete delivery address and an active phone number at checkout.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka city: ৳80 per order.
- Everywhere else in Bangladesh, including Chattogram, the Dhaka upazilas and all other districts: ৳120 per order.
- Free delivery to every district on orders of ৳2,000 or more.
Your delivery district (and, in Dhaka, your area) determines the charge. Review the delivery fee and complete order total before placing your order. International delivery is not available.
Payment
Pay by bKash, Nagad or cash on delivery: choose under Payment at checkout. With cash on delivery you pay the rider when your parcel arrives. With a mobile wallet you Send Money the order total to the number shown at checkout and enter your transaction ID; we check the payment before your order is dispatched.
Delivery timing
We ship from Pahartali, Chattogram.
- Chattogram: next-day delivery.
- Dhaka: 2–4 days.
- Other districts: allow an estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Courier delays may affect arrival. Contact us about a delayed or missing parcel so we can check its status.
Receiving your decants
Check the parcel for leakage, breakage, missing items or an incorrect fragrance. Keep the packaging and purchase information if there is a problem. You can report an issue within 48 hours of receiving your parcel; reporting is not restricted to the courier’s visit.
