How it works
- Tell it what you like. Name a fragrance you already wear, or describe the notes, the occasion, the weather and your budget in your own words.
- It checks our shelves. The advisor only suggests fragrances that are in stock at AUROME right now, and shows the notes, accords and decant prices from our own product pages.
- You pick a size. Each suggestion links to its product page, where you choose a decant from 1.5 ml to 30 ml and order with cash on delivery or any payment method we list at checkout.
Why we answer with decants
A decant is a small portion of an original fragrance in a spray atomiser. A fragrance changes on skin over a few hours, so a quick spray in a shop says little about how you will live with it. A 1.5 ml or 5 ml decant lets you wear it for days or weeks, in your own weather, before you decide whether a full bottle is worth it. That is why the advisor links you to a decant first.
Is the Fragrance Advisor free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no fee and no obligation to buy. You can ask as many questions as you like, up to a limit of 40 messages in one conversation, and start a new chat at any time.
Does the Fragrance Advisor store my data?
It does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. What you type is sent to a third-party AI model service to write each reply, and we ask that provider not to use it for training. The conversation is kept on our server for up to 30 days, or up to 12 months if you switch on “Remember my taste for next time” in the chat, which you can switch off, or delete, at any time from the same menu. It is not used for advertising.
Can it find a dupe of a fragrance I like?
Name the fragrance you like and the advisor suggests in-stock perfumes with a similar scent profile, often at a lower price. They are different fragrances with similar notes, not copies. AUROME sells only original fragrances, and every suggestion links to the product page so you can compare the notes and the price before you order.
Does it work in Bangla?
The advisor is built for English first. The chat window has a language menu, and the advisor answers in the language you write in, including Bangla typed in English letters, but notes and product names stay in English and the answers are most precise in English.
Can I buy from the chat?
Not directly. The chat shows product cards with the decant price, and each card links to the product page, where you choose a size, add it to your bag and check out as usual. If you have a question about an order, call or message us using the details in the footer.
Is the advice human-checked?
The advice is AI-assisted: the chat is not a person, and individual replies are not reviewed by staff as you read them. It can only recommend fragrances that are in our catalogue and in stock, and the facts it quotes, such as notes, accords and prices, come from our own product data rather than from the model’s memory. Our team reviews the catalogue entries that are flagged for checking, so if a suggestion looks wrong, tell us.
