How is the Sauvage EDT different from the Eau de Parfum?

The EDT is the fresher, brighter one. Calabrian bergamot with a peppery, elemi-and-geranium heart over ambroxan and cedar keeps it crisp and radiant. The Sauvage Eau de Parfum is sweeter and warmer, with a vanilla-tinged, ambery depth the EDT does not have.

Is the 2025 Sauvage EDT 'Into The Wild' a different scent?

No. Into The Wild is a limited-edition repackaging of the same Sauvage Eau de Toilette juice, with the same note list, sold in special bottle art. So it is the original EDT scent rather than a new formula, if you are choosing between them.

Is the Sauvage EDT a safe everyday choice?

Very much so. The bright bergamot-and-pepper freshness over a clean ambroxan base is easy, crowd-pleasing and works for office, daytime and warm weather. It is one of the more versatile modern designer scents, which is a large part of why it became so popular.

Bergamot and black pepper open this Dior eau de toilette (EDT), moving through a peppery lavender and vetiver heart before ambroxan, cedar and labdanum settle into a clean, musky amber base.

Composed by François Demachy, it is made for him and versatile enough for an air-conditioned Dhaka office, a hot summer commute, or an evening out across the year. Expect long-lasting, well-projecting wear, so a couple of sprays go a long way. AUROME sells it as a 3–9 ml decant filled from the original Dior bottle, so you can wear it for a week before deciding on a full bottle.
