That is exactly what it is good for. It was built as a genuinely gender-neutral clean citrus-musk, light and inoffensive, so it works as a shared everyday bottle or an easy first fragrance to learn on. Green tea, musk and soft woods keep it close to the skin, so it reads as a fresh daily scent rather than a bold statement, which is what makes it so easy to pass between people.

Close at the top, but the base cannot be identical. Oakmoss sits in CK One's base, and the IFRA standard for oakmoss extracts caps atranol and chloroatranol at under 100 parts per million, a limit that applied to all new fragrance formulas from February 2021. Oakmoss used in anything made today is therefore a cleaned-up material rather than the one available in the nineties, so the mossy floor of a current bottle is lighter by construction. The citrus, green tea and musk that define the scent are unchanged.
