Both are dessert scents built on different desserts. Sweet Tooth Caramel Dream runs sugar and almond milk into dark chocolate and vanilla over caramel and patchouli, so its sweetness is chocolatey and a little dusty. Kiss goes for strawberries and cream instead: strawberry, raspberry and coconut up top, condensed milk and caramel through the heart, vanilla and tonka underneath. Caramel Dream is the chocolate one; Kiss is the milkshake.

Very little, and that is the design rather than an oversight. Raspberry adds a tart edge in the first minutes, orange blossom keeps the middle from being purely edible, and sandalwood under the vanilla gives it a soft floor, but none of those are doing much against the condensed milk and caramel. This is a fragrance built to smell like dessert and it succeeds at exactly that. If you want complexity or a dry-down that goes somewhere else, look elsewhere.
