It is the greenest and sharpest of the flankers: a jasmine sambac and osmanthus top over ylang and tuberose, with a sandalwood, orris and benzoin base. Brighter and more transparent than the creamy Intense versions.
It is moderate. The sun-drenched wood and benzoin base adds warmth, but the bright jasmine and osmanthus keep it airier and less dense than Ambrosia di Fiori.
Where Ambrosia di Fiori is deep and rosy and Bloom Intense is fruity-creamy, Profumo is the crisp, green white-floral of the set, the easiest to wear in warm weather.
Jasmine sambac and osmanthus open Bloom Profumo di Fiori, a white floral start widened by ylang ylang and more tuberose, before sandalwood, orris, benzoin and musk close a powdery base.
Expect this eau de parfum (EDP) to suit daytime wear better than most heavy white florals, workable for a casual day or office day through the warmer months. AUROME offers it as a 2–15 ml decant from the original Gucci bottle, worth a week’s wear.
