Orange and bergamot brighten the opening of this Chanel eau de parfum (EDP), before rose, jasmine and mimosa build a white floral heart, and earthy patchouli with vanilla and tonka settle into a woody, sweet dry-down. Perfumer Jacques Polge’s 2001 composition works across seasons here in Dhaka, from an office morning to a casual day, and has enough patchouli depth for an evening date too. Expect it to project well and last for hours, so it earns repeat wear.
AUROME sells Coco Mademoiselle as a 2–15 ml decant filled from the original Chanel bottle, a practical way for her to live with it before deciding on a full bottle.
