What does Dolce Peony smell like?

It contrasts a fresh top with a warm base. Christophe Raynaud opens it on pear, cyclamen and pink pepper, runs a peony, freesia and rose heart, then grounds it in mirabelle plum, honey and patchouli. So it moves from crisp and fruity into a soft, slightly honeyed floral rather than staying light throughout.

How is it different from Dolce Garden?

They are different moods in the same line. Peony is the fresh fruity-floral with a honey-patchouli warmth, while Dolce Garden is the creamy coconut-and-vanilla tropical one. So Peony leans lighter and floral, Garden richer and solar.

Dolce Peony opens with juicy pear and a peppery sparkle, cut with fresh bergamot. It quickly turns floral, with peony and freesia leading a fruity, rose-tinted heart.

As it dries down, honey and patchouli round things out, giving this eau de parfum (EDP) a soft sweet base without heaviness. Expect moderate performance, staying fairly close to the skin, so it holds up well through an air-conditioned day.
