Both are the house at its sweetest, and they sweeten differently. Haltane uses praline and saffron over agarwood and cedar, so its sweetness sits against wood and bitterness. Oajan runs cinnamon and honey straight from the opening into benzoin, labdanum and ambergris, closing on tonka, vanilla and patchouli, with no wood to argue against any of it. Haltane is the one with a dry counterweight; Oajan is unqualified warmth.
