The smoky tea and rum-spice layer. Delphine Jelk builds the cocoa-and-tonka gourmand base but threads a smoked-tea and rum accord through it, so it reads darker and boozier than a simple sweet vanilla, with a rose and spice edge keeping it from turning into pure dessert.
