Which Apple Brandy is this one?

The 2021 'on the Rocks' from Kilian's Liquors collection, an icy, crisper reading of the original Apple Brandy and separate from Apple Brandy Extreme. Sidonie Lancesseur's cold, fresh take makes it the cold-weather pour in the line rather than a warm, syrupy one.

What does it smell like?

A boozy apple kept cool. Cardamom and bergamot open it, a heart of apple, rum, brandy and pineapple carries a little vanilla and moss, and a cedar-and-ambroxan base dries it out. The 'on the rocks' idea comes through as a crisp, chilled feel rather than heavy sweetness.
