It is a fresh-woody scent with a soft sweet edge. A brief citrus opening of sugared citrus, lemon zest and coriander leaf gives way to a woody core of cypress, cedar and vetiver, resting on a single benzoin base for a light resinous warmth. The result is clean and green-woody rather than heavy or sweet, easy for daily wear. Perfumer Alberto Morillas composed it in 2018 for the Bvlgari Man line.

Bvlgari later added a Wood Essence Parfum, also by Alberto Morillas, but it is a different composition rather than a simple strength boost, opening on coriander and pepper instead of sugared citrus. The 2018 Eau de Parfum you see here is the original, cypress-and-benzoin version. Check the exact name if you want to match a bottle you tried before.
