They are quite different. The original 2019 Bad Boy is the fresher, spicier, more crowd-friendly everyday option. Le Parfum is darker and riskier, built on a green cannabis opening and a raw leather base. Pick the original if you want easy versatility, and Le Parfum if you want something with more edge that gets noticed and does not smell like everything else.
It gets greener and more pungent. The cannabis accord here is herbal rather than sweet, and warm skin sharpens it, so the opening is more assertive in this weather than it would be in cool air. Grapefruit thins out alongside it within minutes, and the leather and vetiver base is dry enough to keep the whole thing sharp rather than heavy through the afternoon. If the cannabis note is the part you are unsure about, test it in the heat rather than in an air-conditioned shop.
Grapefruit opens Bad Boy Le Parfum clean and citrus-led, black pepper and geranium bring fresh spicy warmth to the heart, and leather with vetiver close a smoky, green base.
