Is Kaaf a typical Middle Eastern extrait?

Where the brand usually leans amber and oud, Kaaf opens on watermelon, red fruits and lavender and runs an aquatic lily-of-the-valley-and-jasmine heart, finishing on a clean white musk, sandalwood and ambroxan base. It is a fresh fruity-floral rather than a heavy oriental.

Is Kaaf the same as Kaaf Noir?
