How is Hawas Fire different from the original Hawas and Hawas Elixir?

The original Hawas is a fresh, aquatic-fruity scent, and Hawas Elixir is a sweet mint-and-chocolate one. Hawas Fire is a bolder aromatic-marine, built on clary sage, jasmine and ambergris, so all three are quite different.

Does the clary sage make Hawas Fire herbal rather than sweet?

Yes. The clary sage opening is aromatic and green, and with the marine notes and mineral amber the whole thing reads fresh and slightly salty rather than sweet or gourmand.

Hawas Fire opens with clary sage, a herbal aromatic note before jasmine and sea notes bring in an aquatic heart to this eau de parfum (EDP).

Ambergris carries the dry-down into warm, slightly animalic amber territory. We have not logged longevity or sillage numbers for this one yet, so it is worth trying a decant to see how it performs on your own skin.
