Does Oud Save The King smell of oud or tea?

Mostly tea, and that is its charm. It opens on Earl Grey and bergamot, runs a suede-and-orris heart, and keeps the agarwood and sandalwood soft in the base. It reads as a polished, tea-forward oud rather than a smoky or medicinal one.

Is it like Tom Ford Oud Wood, and is there a stronger version?

Bergamot and tea open Oud Save The King on a green, slightly bitter note, before suede and orris build a soft, powdery heart. The base of oud, sandalwood, and iris is woody and leathery rather than sweet.

It is well suited to a winter wedding season evening or a party, when a refined, powdery oud fits the occasion. With longevity and sillage both rated 4 out of 5, expect it to last well and be noticed without shouting.
