They share the same sweet, fruity-amber-floral lineage, so the comparison is fair. The difference is character: Burberry Her leans berry-forward and candied, while Paradoxe Intense is more white-floral, jasmine and neroli, with an oakmoss thread that gives it a greener, more grown-up edge. If you find Her a little too much like sweets, the Prada is the more composed, slightly more mature take on that idea.

Less than the note list suggests, and oakmoss is the reason. Bourbon vanilla and amber do warm up on hot skin, but the oakmoss in the heart keeps a dry, faintly green bitterness underneath that stops the base from tipping into dessert. Pear and bergamot burn off fast here, so the jasmine and neroli arrive sooner than they would in cool air and the fragrance settles into its floral middle quickly. Wearable through a Dhaka day, though it makes more sense after dark than at noon.
