A rich caramel gourmand. A soft white musk opens it, a heart of benzoin resin adds warmth, and a base of caramel and vanilla makes it sweet and creamy. So it reads as a smooth, grown-up caramel rather than a sharp or fruity sweet scent. It is a 2011 release by Daniela Andrier.

The original is the pure caramel one. Later versions changed direction: Candy Kiss swaps in orange blossom, and Candy Gloss goes fruity with cherry, so they smell quite different. So if you want the classic caramel-benzoin scent, choose the original Candy.

Wearers report it seems softer than it once was. Several say newer bottles are less sweet and more powdery than older ones, a common change for a long-running gourmand. So an older and a current bottle will smell related but not identical.
