What does Lattafa Oud Mood smell like?

A sweet rose-oud. Rose, saffron and pimento open it, a heart of oud, caramel, florals and patchouli adds richness, and a base of woods, amber, resins, incense and musk grounds it. So it reads as an oud softened by caramel and rose rather than a harsh, medicinal one. This is the original Oud Mood, a unisex release.

How is Oud Mood different from Oud Mood Elixir?

They are different compositions, not strengths of one scent. The original Oud Mood is the caramel-and-rose oud described here, while Oud Mood Elixir goes spicier and more suede-forward with nutmeg, cinnamon and sandalwood. So match the exact name to get the version you want.
