Almost a different scent. The original is the cool, almond-and-citrus idea, a sort of fresh marzipan. The Parfum drops that fresh side entirely and builds on amaretto, leather and patchouli, so it is darker, boozier and firmly an evening scent. Delphine Jelk's amaretto concept is the throughline that ties the two together by name more than by smell.

Bitter-almond liqueur rather than sweet marzipan. It carries a slightly boozy, faintly cherry-tinged edge that sits over the leather and musk, and that combination is what gives the Parfum its indulgent, after-dinner character. If you found the original too clean, this is the version with some shadow to it.
