Cardamom opens La Nuit de l’Homme quietly before the rest of Yves Saint Laurent’s eau de toilette (EDT) for him settles in, aromatic and warm spicy rather than sweet.

Lavender, cedar and bergamot form a fresh spicy, woody heart, with a dry, slightly bitter caraway and vetiver base underneath. No longevity or sillage figures are listed here, so expect a scent that stays fairly close, suited to a winter evening date rather than a loud night out.
