Ginger, bergamot and lemon open this 2015 batch of L’Homme with a crisp citrus snap, before violet leaf and white pepper settle into a peppery, aromatic heart alongside basil. Tonka, cedar and vetiver round out a warm spicy, woody dry-down that stays clean rather than heavy.

It suits an office day or a casual outing during the milder spring and autumn months, less suited to peak summer heat.
