Olibanum, cardamom, and lemon open Outlands with a resinous, fresh spicy citrus lift, before patchouli, anise, coriander, cumin, and saffron build a dense, warm spicy heart. The base of vanilla, amber, benzoin, and oud is balsamic and deeply resinous.

It suits a winter wedding season evening or a date night, when a spiced, resinous extrait de parfum feels suitably dramatic. With longevity rated 5 out of 5 and sillage at 4, expect this one to last for hours and project with real confidence.

AUROME’s decant format (3–9 ml, filled from the original Amouage bottle) means you can try this over several outings before buying full size. Unisex, it rewards anyone who likes spice-forward ambers.
