Effectively yes. It first launched as Patchouli Homme, then was renamed Patchouli Intense and moved to Eau de Parfum strength when it proved popular with everyone, so an older Patchouli Homme bottle is the same lineage under a different name.

Patchouli Intense opens with geranium and lavender over orange, a fresh spicy start before earthy patchouli and cinnamon take the heart somewhere warmer, with rose adding softness.

Sandalwood, amber and vanilla round out the base, giving this eau de parfum (EDP) an aromatic, woody finish that Patricia de Nicolai built to last. Expect it to hold up well and project with real presence, so it is worth applying sparingly.
